Welcome to Chefs Catering Northwest, where two trades collide with one common goal – to deliver the best of British cuisine and provide great opportunities to our communities!

Gemma Gardner brought her husband Gareth Gardner, a veteran who served 20 plus years as a Royal Army Physical Training Instructor, in as Managing Director and CEO because he knew how important both physical and mental wellbeing of the staff was, especially in the hospitality industry.

After running gymnasiums for many years, carrying out risk assessments and prioritising staff welfare (a key component to delivering a service that the British Army required and needed) he knew by utilising his skills could positively impact not only staff but the customers too.

Both Gareth and Gemma have a clear vision and mission that all of our staff embody.

Simply bringing together inspirational chefs to deliver retro styled food, served using the freshest local ingredients, while providing every guest with the personal care and elegant service they deserve at a price that is affordable to our community.

INSPIRATIONAL

Chefs Catering Northwest was founded by Gemma Howarth (inspirational business woman of the year 2017/2018), who is passionate about her military heritage, and giving back to her community.

As a mother, wife and veteran who served for 14 years, Gemma understands the hardship when your career comes to a rather abrupt end due to chronic pain, which triggered a mental break down.

ENTERPRISING

Gemma believes whole heartedly in recruiting those who deserve a second chance in life, very much like herself, and giving our youth a great opportunity to belong to a company who is driven by doing the right thing.
